Deepak Tijori Files A Complaint Against Tipsssy Co-Producer Mohan Nadaar For CHEATING Him Of Rs 2.6 Crores- REPORT
Bollywood actor and filmmaker Deepak Tijori, who rose to fame with movies like Aashiqui and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, has filed a cheating complaint against co-producer Mohan Nadaar. His complaint states that the co-producer of Tipsssy has cheated him of Rs 2.6 crores. The case has been filed at the Amboli police station in sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 406 (criminal breach of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

As per the report by Bollywood Hungama, a probe on the matter has been initiated. A written complaint was filed by the actor ten days ago, after the producer had yet again failed to send the money. Quoting senior inspector Bandopant Bansode of Amboli Police station, the entertainment publication reported that both the parties had signed a contract in 2019 for their movie Tipsssy. “The accused did not pay the money and the cheque issued to him kept getting bounced. We are probing the case, and no arrest has been made so far,” the inspector added. Deepak’s complaint mentioned that Nadaar had taken money for a location in London in September 2019. The money was paid after the co-producer had promised to return it, however, on top of giving excuses the cheques too kept bouncing. Talking about the movie, the shoot of the project had started in 2019 in London. Not only did Nadaar fail to complete the project but also incurred a loss of Rs 2.6 crores. 

The actor rose to fame by starring in projects like Aashiqui, Pehla Nasha, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar and Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa. He also went on to become one of the most notable directors and producers in Bollywood. On the work front he has projects like Tipsssy and Ittar in his pipeline.
